What is Pre-Trial Diversion/Intervention

This progam is adminstrated through the probation office but you would not be on probation.

DISMISSED CELEBRATION

Case Dismissal

Successful completion of the Pre-Trial Diversion program results in the dismissal of the criminal charges. This means that the individual will not have a criminal record related to the specific offense.

 If a participant fails to comply with the program requirements, their case will be returned to the traditional court process, and they will face prosecution for the original charges.
